    On June 2nd, I will be celebrating my anniversary of beating cancer. This year I would like to do something different. Since I was shown this thread, and have caught the gifting bug, I thought that maybe a few people might be interested in helping me create a celebration lot for my sims game.

    I am holding a contest for the best celebration lot. This lot can be a park, a venue, a club, or anything you can come up with. However, it must be a fun place to go to even on a date, and a non-residential lot. How you create & what you create will be up to you, as long as it is a place suitable for a celebration! Yes, you can include a wedding area, but would rather not have that as the theme. Want to party, not get married! :P :twisted:

    The Rules

    1. NO CC allowed. period CAP is ok.
    2. Lot size can be between 20x20 & 50x50
    3. Must include accents in red. The ribbon color for my type of cancer is red, hence the rule. :)
    4. Since this is a close deadline, you may use your previous builds, as long as they conform to the rules.
    5. Please no more than 5 pictures
    6. Like the lot to be uploaded. I have a special sim that I am going to use to take photos, and would like to use the winning lots. Not to mention, I love looking up close & personal with lots.
    7. All EP's & SP's can be used. I now have these, and you can build how you choose!
    8. Store content is ok. If you would like a list please let me know & I will post it. Or ask & I will tell you if I have it.
    9. Only one (1) entry per person.


    The Prizes

    1st place - Items up to 2000 points
    2nd place - Items up to 1500 points
    3rd place - Items up to 1000 points
    4th place - Items up to 500 points
    Honorable Mention - Items up to 250 points

    Edit: Whoops! :oops: Forgot to mention that I would like done by the end of the month, May 31st, so I can hand out prizes on June 2nd! Thank you!

      Thank you! Though it was, and still is rough, each day is a blessing! Still feel like I am a lucky one.

      Hrm...May 31st is a little close for comfort, and I'm already working on 3 lots at once right now...Maybe I'll have time? :?

      But fighting cancer and beating it to a pulp is a BIG accomplishment, so congradulations anyway! :thumbup:

      :oops: I ment to say Conratulations! To have beaten it you are blessed! My grandfather beat cancer but is still sick. So I can sympathize with you. I'll keep you in my prayers :mrgreen:

      Edit: my grandmother IS working on my computer, but she said it may take a min, because she has to get a part :mrgreen:

      congrat's on beating the cancer!!! That's not a small think to do!!

      Both my grandma's died with cancer, so I know how that's hard everything that you were going through.

      I only can't enter because I'm really busy with school and exams. Sorry.

      I do thank you for your well wishes! :D No, not the easiest road to travel, but it does make you aware that each day is a gift. Now, please, go hug someone so that they know that you think they are a gift to you! :D

      Is there any certain entertainment items you would like? My lot has a while empty room that can fit plenty

      Pool tables? Checkers table? Photo booths? Anything certain ^^

      Wouldn't mind pool, but you can use anything. I even have rock climbing wall. :D This is a place to go when on a date, or for big celebrations! Just use your imagination. Only would like to have accents in Red as a nod to the history! :)
