A shop with as many of the hidden stencils furniture and deco for sale as possible, furniture with removed stencils also welcome as long as they don’t require me to have the mod.
Could have other things for sale aswell – like the toy shop could be here.
+ maybe toilets
+ maybe a way to get food (not for free ofcourse)
prize: 500sp
incase any one wants a challeng and are using these unlocked items.... even if you don't have savyseller it isn't a problem just leave room for the cash registre 1 or 2 places.... and I put that and the blankets there my self...
Ok, so let me get this straight. For those of us who don't use mods but would like to unlock the stencils: DL one of the lots with the unlocked stencils, install into game, go into Build/Buy, click on the object with the new stencil, click on Style, Click the folder icon, save the preset?

or downloade the single recollored items, and they go direct in the save and can be used... slighly esier... but more downloades.
Wow! This is great I had no idea we were missing all of these stensils. This will make building even more enjoyable to see something different in game when decorating. Thank you for posting this.

trying to figgure out the best way to safe and easy do the following:
1) get all the missing stencils as a obtion in my game
2) backup that option on my pc for later use.
any thoughts on that?
downloading every single item would make it easy to make a back up folder on my pc.
but it would be very many downloades, and keeping track of what I got and don't got would be hard.
on the other hand a few lots be les downloads.
But the keeping track problem is still there in the click - save version proces, and that be very many clicks.
provided there is 1 (or a few) mods totale that cover it all and I can figure them out I suspect that be the esier way.
But I'm still a little confused at the simalough
- save like other mods?
- new and old version?
I know I gotten guidance here before.... but clearly not enough for me to grasp it.... beside downloade and saw
the Imelda thing jsut confuses me....
especially this part:
Store files options: 1. Replace the contentpatch file in MyDocuments/ElectronicArts/TheSims3/Contentpatch with Imelda's Store Patch vanilla replacement file and add Imelda's store files to MyDocuments/ElectronicArts/TheSims3/Mods/Packages. This option leaves Imelda's changes in your mod package and removes
OR 2. Replace the contentpatch file in MyDocuments/ElectronicArts/TheSims3/Contentpatch with Imelda's Store Patch. This option will include all of Imelda's fixes inside the contentpatch file.
BOTH FILES WILL NEED TO BE RENAMED TO ContentPatch if you are using either of these options.
Those of you who play with the store patch already removed, please just add the Year files to mods.
For your own peace of mind, please make sure you keep a copy of the original store patch file somewhere else on your computer. Imelda can't be held responsible for forgetfulness or lack of foresight.
and whats OBJD mods? how do I know if a mod is that?

Anette, I think after you initially download all of the objects you want, you could put them all on one large lot, say, 40x40 or bigger, depending on how many stencils you want to back up, and just back up that lot instead of the 100 individual object downloads.
Also, I am not 100% sure but stencils "may" be part of the "UserPresets". I know saved patterns are. So if you back that file up (it should be in your core Sims 3 folder), that might be useful too.
if I downloade the individuel items I can jsut save them like store files on an exteren before removeing them from the downloade folder... so I know how to back up if I do it that way.
yea I learnt that I'm to never delete the userpreset one... so that is allways there never thought about backing it up.
so don't think I need to make a lot.
right now I wish I had a picture list... so I could cross them of as I got it done... I did that with the dr. pepper and tmobil items as I made back up.

Wow! Thank you so much! I've had Sims for ages. This is my first day on the forums and I'm learning so much! I'm in my game right now getting all my missing stencils! I can't believe I've lived without these for so long! *Super big hugs*

That is so weird. I'm gonna try that. Though I fear that I would have to dive in to that big pile of CC decor I installed for my game xD The "View All" is not working for the Kids Section tab though and I really need those decor badly :\

I haven't checked them out in the game yet, I'm assuming they're of .package format, so they go into your Mods/Packages folder, if you're not sure.
