Need help finding a pose and mod

I don't know if they even exist, but if anyone could lead me to the site where I can find a pose for a sim laying on his/her side, curled up and a mod for a pool of blood, I would so much appreciate it! I'm getting down to last couple of chapters for my legacy. I'm not going to use them for morbid purposes.
