      Download a log viewer and see which file is causing issues

      Hey guys, I just heard that as of about midnight PST on Friday night/Saturday morning, all players who have recently downloaded digital versions of The Sims 3 expansion packs should be able to install, update, and play.

      If you still see any problems or concerns please let us know.
