sims freeplay on android tablet

I hope I'm asking this at the right place but, if anyone knows about this sims freeplay game on Android ,: in the game how does the sim get a job? and how does the sim go home when visiting another sims house?

To get a job, you need to wait until little markers show up in the map, they are like grey markers with a picture in them. Tapping them brings up the option to build that workplace, as well as the hours of work, salary and XP.

To send a Sim home, open up the 'Sim Tracker' and there will be a little house with an arrow in it if the Sim is not at home. Tap it and the Sim will be sent home.
