    Hi simmers!
    My Princess Faye is about to age up to a child so i thought I'd create a room for her.
    I usually keep all my girls rooms pink but i thought id do something different.

    Inspiration goes to Jadeleine, who's original princess room pics have been bookmarked forever waiting for me to finally try :lol:

    I will post pics of the little princess once she's aged up. Heres one of her as a toddler...

      I'm in love with the bedroom, I love the colours you've used. Considering I don't like using light colours but that is a lovely room. So elegant as well!

      I like it! It's cool how you use a more boy'ish color scheme, but use girlish details like hearts.

      So you play a kingdom? That sounds fun :D

      I used the same wallpaper and dresser for my sim's kids room, too. Mine wasn't princess themed (it was just more like snobbish themed I guess, fancy rich kids lol) but the whole thing looks great.

      The absolute only thing I can think of is maybe to try making the outer ring of the carpet darker so it'll stand out from the wood floor more. But even this is unnecessary. It's fine the way it is.

      I don't like it at all.
      Personally I would scrap the whole thing and start over.
      Maybe go with the main theme of the room being that it's all red.
      Just everything red.
      That would be cool.

      Iv'e made some minor tweaks, added some lighting and a mirror and moved some paintings about.

      SimmerVille - Sorry I can see how you made that assumption. Im not playing a kingdom, just my normal legacy. I get rather attached to my sims :oops: Call my god daughter my little princess so it kinda sticks like glue!

      Tankadanka - I can see what you mean hun but I can't change it :( The Rugs only got one colour channel...

      rgirl1 - The Pillows came with Generations :) I LOVE them but they take up a lot of room so i can only use them in my bigger rooms :(

      I like it too, I and typical do not like this color scheme but you did it so well! I love that bunk loft-style bed.

      Haven't been able to get on my game as had to go to hospital yesterday :/

      I cant wait for baby number two to be born, hope its another girl so they can share the pretty princess room :)

      No its not. Though its an EA home that I just remodelled. Although I pride myself at being good at decoration I'm terrible at building...

      Can you upload EA houses?

      I would say about 80% of its from Generations. I don't use CC objects (Just CAS stuff) The rest is from base game I think...

      Its one of my favourite EP regarding the content... The castle themed stuff comes in boys (Flags), girls (Flowers) or plain.

      The only thing in the entire room which is CC is the rather large circular rug, though the heart rug is from generations too I think.
