Great idea with this contest!
Bookmarked.
I hope I can find that lot in Sunset Valley, if not I'll ask for a picture or any other info about that.
*hugs*
Thanks! I'm working on my house part now. Hopefully I will do some justice to both parts. The element sim is going to be a real challenge for me but I'm looking forward to it. BTW, do you want their skin to reflect the chosen element also?

Sorry if I missed this in your initial description, but is it one entry per person? I'm having a hard time deciding on an element. I think I may be an indecisive person. lol.
Can I enter hun? Sounds fun! I love the fact we don't have to build, just decorate, I way prefer decorating!
Can we enter more than once? Or can our house show two themes, like split down the middle with twins in it or something?
Just finding it hard to choose only one
OOh also can we have a pet be our themed sim? or can we have pets live in the house with us?
Entrants Name: Potterphyle
Sim Name: Rayne Flambe http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=5185801
Element chosen: Fire
Description/Bio:Rayne Flambe is a very determined young lady. She has her sights set on becoming a Superstar Athelete. Can this little dynamo overcome her dramatic tendencies long enough to excel in training? Or will her flirty nature bring along too many distractions in the love department to sideline her career? Favorites- Stir Fry, Latin music, and the color orange, of course.

Lot description: Recently remodeled, this home is perfect for a single sim, or a recently married couple. The architect took out all indoor walls and rearranged them to suit her taste. There is one dine in kitchen, one bedroom, one large bath, one living room and one foyer/sitting room. Outdoor gates were removed and nicer ones were added to fence in a lovely organic garden. New flower beds were put in, as were new trees. Created by Potterphyle. No cc or c-a-p's were used. Only recolors to ea patterns.
Erm...yes you can make more than one entry - I would prefer that actually to a split house, as that's not technically a full entry per element. Make as many entries as you please, but only your top score will be elegible for the overall prizes. However you may be eligible for more than one honorable mention if you submit more than one house. (does that make sense - I'm kinda tired!)
You don't need to reserve a spot, at the moment - if entries go crazy I may need to limit spots later, but I'm not expecting that will be necessary.
Pets alone cannot be the sim. You can make a pet if you'd like to take pictures of them with the household, but I won't be scoring them.
MissE, my daughter would like to enter this contest as well, but we share this account to upload things. Could she post another entry as Potterphyles daughter?

I don't have a problem with that.
Off to bed soon, so will catch up with any further questions tomorrow.

Store content is absolutely fine. I don't view that a CC, as it's created by EA.
Yes you can add/tear down internal walls, colums arches, as long as you don't move external walls or add levels, then anything goes.
It can do - it's up to you hun.

I'm glad to see some interest in this!
By the way, I nominated you for a lottery earlier today and you won. I was just wondering if you've recieved your gift.
