    Items you hope are included in Showtime?!

    I wasn't too sure if to post this in the Showtime forum or the Ideas forum so I just went ahead and posted it here.

    What I would like to know is what items do you hope are included in Showtime. Completely new items? Items returning from Sims 2? New designs/versions of already existing items?

    I personally would like to see bowling alleys and poker tables return in Showtime because I think they would both be suitable and I would also like to see some new cars added.

      Showtime is already in beta testing so it's too late to add anything but maybe in one of the next addons. :wink:

      I know it's too late, I was asking what they hope would be in Showtime seeing as we know barely any of the items included at the moment.

      Yeah even after two "adult fun" style ep's there are still a couple items from the sims 2 nightlife that I would like back, including those two. (the bowling alley/poker table.)

      Then after those two come back, possibly we will have every night life interactable item? Not sure.

      It's unlikely, but I'd love to see:

      Bowling alleys
      Slot machines
      Poker tables

      I think I saw a bull machine at the beguinning of the katy perry trailer, and wasn't mentioned at the end as a exclusive. I hope we see that!

      1)Glass Escalators

      2)New Shower Tub Combos

      3)A Heart Shaped Hottub and Bathtub

      4)A Luxery Shower one like you would see in a nice suite.

      5)Bowling Alleys,Open Resturent,Coffee Shop and Gift Shop like we had in the sims 1.

      6)Vending Machines

      I'd also like to see diving boards,pool slides and a skating rink but they're probebly saving those for Seasons.

      ^This. One of my favorite things about Generations were all of the new clothing options. More tables and couches would be nice, too, as there are maybe two of each that I can actually stand. And I really want to see a greater variety in window and door options.

      It would be cool if they brought the sauna and massage tables back, too.

      No I would of only been like 6 years old when The Sims 1 first came out and I was addicted to Playstation then haha :P

      What I really wanted....

      A Sound Booth/ Recording Booth, where you must do it right or the NPC throws you out for a bad performance...maybe it could be Simon (the XFactor) that told you how bad you are.

      A Fashion Model career/catwalk/photo shoot booth. Where you must pose correctly or the flambouyant NPC throws you out for being so bad at modeling.

      A Soap Opera set/stage, again you have options which tactic you will perform the part (for commerical, soap opera role, etc.) depending on what you know your Sim's skills are....if you pick the wrong one, the director throws you out on your rear end (literally) for being so bad.

      More building materials, that allow me to make Urban areas in my towns, or fancy studio lots...with all the props in it that allow me to send my Sims there to test their skills...ya, a total remake of SuperStar and it's Studio Town. :wink:

      Oh, and if none of that, a clear glass elevator...where I can see my Sims going up to the next floor. Again as in SS.

      1. Walk-in closet
      2. Esculators (as someone already mentioned)
      3. Vending Machines
      4. Pogo Sticks (doesn't really fit EP style :P)
      5. Water-slides
