    Why? WHY???

    Sorry, but I need to vent... I was in the middle of creating a sim when my game just DIED on me. It stopped. STOPPED. All that work... for nothing... :evil:

      ahhhh :( so sorry!

      does this happen often? have you looked into upgrading your video card?

      All I can say is save save save as one of my teachers once said just in case it crashes and you lose something for the futhure.It's happened to me as well when I was in the middle of creating a house and lost everything,not thinking that I should save as I did each step just in case.Maybe your next sim will be better than the one you lost,yeah never know. :D

      unfortunately they make it difficult to save in the middle of making a sim or family...

      It's happened once or twice already :( Unfortunately, I play on my laptop, so upgrading the graphics card isn't really an option.

      I very much dislike it when it does that

      offers op choice of plate of cookies or a fruit platter, the side board also has coffee and tea available, there will be scones out of the oven soon

      I know how you feel! I once spent three hours trying to create the perfect legacy house, and jut as I was about to start furnishing it, my game died on me. I had been working so hard that I had forgotten to periodically save!

      And sadly, I felt too discouraged to build it again :(

      your welcome, I'm feeling :evil: :x :evil: with mine, since Mr. Llyr had spontaneously hooked up with Fiona while I was working with Cherry, I moved Fiona in gave her a makeover plus aged her down to YA, got them married just got her pregers and crash :cry:
      I know I saved after the makeover, not sure about the wedding. Oh, and she doesn't look half bad when made over.
