Arizona Bungalow *With CC* «12...Next Go

Happy New Year everyone This is the 2nd house I made for a Christmas calendar. This version contains CC (which is why I'm making a separate thread for it, instead of posting it on my showcase thread) but I am planning on uploading a CC free version soon as well. It does not contain any EA store items, but it has items from WA, Ambitions, LN and Generations (may be required as it uses the spiral staircase, though I'm not sure.) It's a family home on a 30x20 lot. It has a master bedroom and a kids room with a crib and a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, open planned kitchen and living area, a hobby room and outside there's a pool as well as other activities. Alright, let the pic spam begin!

Almost everything in the kitchen is from LN - the counters, cabinets, stove and the dining chairs. And the TV is from LN, as well as some decor items. So the kitchen would look a lot different without those LN items, I'm afraid.

Oh WOW! :shock: :shock: Another masterpiece from Wibs! I love everything about this bungalow! The architecture is striking and I love the landscaping. The lighting in your pic is very impressive. I wish EA would give us lighting like that! I adore the interiors. You have decorated each and every room with a lot of care and love! My favourite rooms are the kitchen, living room, children's room and the nursery! That pool area is so droolworthy! Wish I could recommend and add to my favourites. Thank you so much I've never been to AZ myself, so you saying it's very authentic is a great compliment indeed! It's loosely based on 2 different AZ homes, one from a magazine and the other from a cheesy TV movie

I love it Wibs! Virtual rec from me too! I especially love the cc piece in the bathroom. Johnson lavender baby bath!! I use it for my son! It's very well done, very tasteful.
