Atleast we have the option to opt out of the online part. The only thing I think we will lose by not going online is rewards from the store.
If players are adamant about not using Simport, there will be many alternative sources where they can download the content
I choose to purchase Store Content directly from EA, others choose to obtain these items from alternative sources
"Premium" Simport Content will be no different
Where did you get that information from? They clearly stated if players did choose to use simport, rewards will be a benefit. They wouldn't just leak all the items from the site. And 3rd party sites wouldn't be able to upload the items themselves either (legally).
