Are you getting an error message while installing ? Have you tried redownloading the program ?

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. My recent attempt to reinstall was with a fresh download but to make sure I've just downloaded again and got the same results. When I try to run setup.exe I get a message saying "Application can not be started. Contact the application vendor." If I hit details on this message it does provide a log, would that be any use to you? If so should I post it here (seems quite long) or is there a better way to get it to you?

I've not used ccleaner. I've not heard of it before. I've just gone and hunted around and found a link. Is it just the free version I need?

I am ever so sorry I didn't answer this at the time. Some family berevements and real life problems have kept me from the sims and it's forums for some time. I am just now returning to it again and I sadly still have the same problem I was discussing with you before. I have tried CC Cleaner but I don't think that it has changed anything related to the browser. Since I last spoke to you I have upgraded to Windows 10. If you have any ideas what I could try next I would be very grateful.

Talked to hubby

He says it's a problem with deleting and not uninstalling that left over some dlls. He doesn't know how to fix this as he's unsure how Windows is handing those. From the error you're getting, it's a problem with the dll.

Since you dîdn't reinstall windows but just update, the problem persists for Win 10

This might be doable for just the backend. The front end has a lot of code I don't really want to share. I need to look into it. Haven't touch this in years

Would the pure table structure be what you're looking for or are you talking about the GUI ?

I'm actually really unsure how it's all implemented atm.
