Is the supernatural hangout suppose to be just a staircase?
My sims can't go down the stairs and I can only delete the stairs in build mode.
Am I missing something?
Stuff like this is why you should always play test your worlds before release

This world was play tested over and over by many people and myself. It's been years since it was released.

Okay, I installed all the expansions but I can't get to the Store right now (I don't know why). I installed the world and am playing without doing anything to the lots/Sims.
At 1030, after her wanted Handiness class, she used the stairs without any problem and she's inside with the Sims. I don't know why your Sims are having a problem.
**Did you make sure it was open? I believe it says it opens after 10am.
