Baby born with a Boot sticking out of it.

I have a baby in the sims 3 and its born with a boot sticking out of it. Also when my sim carries the baby or look at the baby from a certain angle, the game glitches with what looks like sharp grey and white spikes. I think its a bad CC. Can anyone tell me which one it is i need to look for and remove? :x
