Svlyn, all I can say is wow! Well, actually I'll say a little more than that, lol. Really like this Asian build. The use of the MOO cheat for the Asian windows on the spa area is brilliant as is the checkerboard roofing over the spa. The subtle light wood tones with the balanced, spartan interior layout is very Japanese feeling. Very neat and orderly. Which takes e a little off-track, but I wonder if their are any sloppy Japanese people, and if so how would they get along in such an orderly, clean society. I know my daughter wouldn't make it, lol. You know how sims like to throw their clothes on the floor? We provided her with a hamper when she was a teen, and the clothes still didn't make it off the floor, lol. Rec'd and fav'd!

I am the same as your daughter, i like to collect things and I tend to leave a trail from time to time, not always i do go through my neat phases, but they phases. Spring cleaning fever. I would be kicked out of Japan along with your daughter.

Are you talking about the mall..there a few fires i need to put out and want a wee bit more feedback from k2 and then its ready. I am giong to play test it today in my world. For some reason the front door is now the back door and I ma trying to fix that and dont know how. I might have to just delets those doors but you need them as fire exits.

This is a project was two months in the making. I wanted to build an upscale mail that you would find in a big city. This mall was inspired by BakingNerd`s and LuckyHeather`s malls. It, also, had another inspiration which come from the most unlikely of places, a modern art gallery called Modern Reflections of Abstraction (http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=4042782), built by Kimwriter 75, Sherry68, and Cera13. If you don`t have that gallery, you will want it now, its amasing. I needed a mall that matched it, so I started this project.

This is more then just your average consignment store. Here you can browse the art gallery. play in the arcade, admire the jems, enjoy the food, taste the nectar, and sing at the karoaki Bar. There is also a photography store, book store, clothing store, furniture store, movie theatre, gift shop, gizmo store, and kids play area.
This lot contains no third party CC, it has some store items, and the Dr Pepper Theatre chairs which will delete completely in the theatre and are not replaced by any chairs if you do not have the item. Been in game tested by many people and it works just fine.
Lot size 55x45 Cost to buy 1 363 269 Lot Location 11 Bucanneers Bend, Barnacle Bay, but can be placed pretty much anywhere as long as its the same size lot or larger. I replaced my school because I have TL and made small version of the school.
THE MALL (High End Version)
For folks who want to have a sim at every register and a full parking lot and you think your machine is fast enough to handle it here is a Rapidshare link to The Mall (High End Version) There is not much difference its just awesome having all kinds of working sims at tons of registers

Ummm the problem i am finding now is i am very slow at building so i miss contests. But i like to test my stuff and i am always worried about things not working..good thing i am not a world builder.
