I have all of the EP and SP packs, and I've tried playing in each of the EA created worlds (even BB). None of them is what I really would like to play.
What I want is a really balanced world with a little bit of everything, a decent-sized metropolitan area, a couple of larger beach areas and a couple of smaller ones, and
lots of room for suburban houses. I think Bridgeport comes kind of close to what I want, but it would need to be bigger, with more beaches, and a whole lot more areas to put mid-size suburban houses. I HATE the tiny hilly lots up by the hospital and the huge stupid hilly lots across the bridge. The big lots across the bridge would be fine if I had a lot more suburban, less hilly options other places. Any suggestions for player-created worlds? I would make one myself but I can't figure out CAW even after multiple on-line tutorials
Oh, and hopefully one that has been fully tested and won't bork my game

It's seriously amazing, it has a metropolis city and then also a little more suburban town area after a little drive, I love it.
There's also a save game download on SimRealtor's website, so the town is populated already if you like.
Hope I helped! I've barely started playing it but I already love it, the only thing I cannot for the life of me find is a laundromat, but many of the apartments have laundry services in the buildings.

This is a good world. It's Sunset Valley, but modified.
Yay! I'm glad I helped.
That's become my favorite! It sometimes freezes up on me but that's probably because I have an older computer with only 2 GB RAM. (My mother-in-law said she might help my husband and me get a new one when some money she's expecting comes through, as a thank you gift for all the help we've been giving her.) I might give Anne Arbor a look, and maybe a couple of other games mentioned here. I like worlds that have a good balance of established households, empty houses and empty lots.
