Movie Making mode?

I really wanna know how to access Generation's in-game movie making mode. It says in the game tips when loading a game to play that it's accessible through the debug cheats. Any idea?

Type in testingcheatsenabled true then moviemakercheats enabled true. There is all sort of things it does. If you shift right click on an unplayable sim he becomes playable. With this cheat you don't have to move him in.

It does seem buggy thou. If you make a sim playable and their on a group or date it breaks the group or date up but you can reask them.

It also includes a way to cut of autonomy and put expressions on your sims faces.

Shift left click gets you into the autonomy and faciel expressions part of it. Right shift click changes households.
