    Flowerbed Cottage-New Creation ^-^

    Good afternoon (or morning for some!) :3
    I've just finished building a new lot, named flowerbed cottage, named so due to the many flowerbeds that I appeared to place. It wasn't until I was finished that I realized quite how many there were, but hey, they're just flowers :lol:
    So anyway, this house is going to be the new house for my legacy family, and due to that, I have no problem with other people using it in their stories and legacies, as long as I get some credit! XD
    Overall, this lot has taken me about a day and a half, and is quite big. It contains 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and those other rooms that people need to survive :lol:

    Firstly, just an outside shot, I tried to give it a twist of modern and tudor cottage.

    The entrance hall includes a desk with a computer, a bookshelf and a sofa, sort of like a study. Sorry about the sim in the way XD There is also a spiral staircase that leads upstairs.

    The sitting room is cosy and traditional, including another desk, some seating, a tv, bookshelf and an easel.

    The modern kitchen. This require the Ultra Lounge set from the store, but i'm sure you could replace it with other furniture :3

    A small downstairs bathroom.

    The master bedroom is situated downstairs. It has a neutral colour scheme.

    Then we head upstairs. This is the biggest upstairs bedroom, and is decorated for a teenage boy, but once again, you can change what you wish. It also has a small balcony leading off it.

    The first upstairs bathroom, with a black and white colour scheme, and it features the only shower in the house :lol:

    The third bedroom is decorated for a girly girl/bookworm, with it's pink colour scheme and piles of books!

    The fourth bedroom is more like a nursery, and contains a cot as well as a few toys. There is room for a bed if you want to put one in though.

    The main bathroom is very neutral, and has a bath, which seems to make sense in a bathroom...

    The fifth and final bedroom could work for either a tomboy or actual boy! It has a blue colour scheme, and it very calm and serene.

    And then the back of the house. There are two balconies, although one is inaccessible, but that could be sorted with just a sneaky door placement ;) The garden features a barbecue and seating area, a hot tub, a tree house, a waterslide, and a non water slide :lol: Oh, and did I mention the flowerbeds? XD

    So, I hope you like it! It does include custom content, plus items from all expansion packs. Actually, maybe not WA but i'm not sure...anyway, and no content from stuff packs, but some from the store. I've had to upload it to mediafire, seeming as the exchange is still messing around with me, so I hope that's okay for everyone.
