    A modern beach house with an open floor plan (living-room, dining-room, Kitchen, Office). No CC. Recommend please if you like. Feedback is more than welcome :)

      Very pretty modern lot, the architecture looks great, I like the garden with the fountain and rocks, and the interior is very pretty. :)

      Excellent job! I really like the interiors, especially the bedroom. I love the way you used brick accent walls and wood floors/ceilings to add warmth to the space 8) I definitely recommend it--twice, but it only counts once :wink:

      Love the use of color, love the furnishings, love the overall construction, oh heck what don't I love, when can I move in? Beautiful home! Great ambiance, Big Rec, would give it 100 if I only could, and a Fav from me Deathnote. :D

      Already left you a comment on TSS, but I think you did a great job with this! The colours work so well together with the brick and the wooden ceiling! Rec'd and dl'd! :)

      I love the mixture of brick and stone you used in the design and the interior is wonderful. Rec and fav.

      Whoa, that looks awesome! Just wish my computer would handle those kind of graphics without slowing down my game. Really helps make the house look the way it was meant to look! Great job

      Already rec'd and added to my favs. Great job. Love your use of the color green and orange. I like the fact you dressed up the modern and it isn't sparse like others--just the right amount of stuff.
