Questions about Relationships

Hey Guys.

I got TS3 on my iPod Touch, and I got a wish, that I made an active goal, to: Begin a romantic relationship.

I got this girl i'm working on, called Kia, and she's currently my Best Friend. And I keep flirting with her, and all the romantic options, but nothing progresses into a relationship. :S She's single. How do I progress to Romantic Relationship?

Also, when I select "Ask to move in" (or whatever its called), she ALWAYS denies. How do I get her to not deny?

I'm in the same situation. I'd read this hoping you'd found an answer. I'll update if I figure it out.

Edit: Okay, just read over on the GameFAQs boards that once you move beyond Friend or Acquaintance, you can't move the relationship to a dating relationship anymore, so you're supposed to either make sure you try at that point, or if you've already moved beyond that, then insult them until you drop back down to just regular old friends.
