I pre-ordered mine from Origin and it is DD, I like those more because I can have it installed on more than one computer without having to buy more than one phyical copy and I loose those a lot. Plus you can play the EP the day it comes out after you have downloaded and installed it, it is really nice. But it is your chose, so if you want to pre-order it do that, if not then wait until you want to buy it. :D

Just reminding you,you can use the key in your physical copy to register in Origin client and download the DD version of the game.
(I did that for my SIM3 base game)

So physical copy actaully can enjoy both DVD and Digial Download at the same time.

Unless they offer some special deal to pre-order, I will just buy it at Target or Walmart on day of release. Especially now that it has been confirmed that you don't have to pre-order to get the limited edition.

Physical from Origin. I like the DVD but can also do the DD from Origin if I wish. I actually ordered two discs as my granddaughter is now addicted. The Sims is what she always request as gifts.

I pre-ordered from Gamestop, the local store. I walked into the building, and not only pre-ordered, but paid in full. This is my way of supporting the concept and idea of interactive community lots.

I'm hoping it will send a clear message to EA to get rid of the rabbit holes and replace them with interactive (where we can go with our sims and see what's going on) instead of these horrible pop-up text messages. There is no fun in reading what my sims are doing, I want to see them.

So this is how I support this concept. If it turns out that we were given a line of bologna to get us to pre-order, I do believe this will be my last one with ts3.
    My Origin Name is: Cynconzola8
