    Hey everyone, i made this thread to tell you all about a brand new site for the sims! Its called Simpurethoughts, and is made for simmers in mind :)
    Now you are probably thinking oh great Another simming website,BBut i am here to tell you that simpurethoughts is different because.....

    We offer/have

    -CC exclusive to the website
    -A whole section just for Mikezumi's Morty Tales
    -Wonderful sims and modeling contest held by the amzing FeliciaB84
    -fun contests where you can win wonderful prizes
    -and much more!

    So if you are interseted in making new friends and getting to know your fellow simmers that much better you should come by and vist us! :mrgreen:

    ALSO! we have decided to have a little contest on are site,for the 1st 100 people who join, where you could win 250 simpoints!

      Weren't you just advertising Simstopia right and left? Then you left, following an ex-member? Mod and advertiser, you're sure moving up. :wink:

      Sorry, couldn't resist. Good luck with the venture. You should include a description on the home page giving details, age restrictions (if any), and what types of content they are likely to find and not find there, so that the casual Sims user can decide if they want to sign up. Don't give anonymous guests posting privileges though.

      we did that because very early on we had someone try to hack onto the site...so its for safety reasons :)

      But wouldn't be feasible to make it so you don't have to be a member to look, but all new members are put on probation meaning that their first couple of posts have to be approved before showing up on the forum?

      This. I'd never join something I couldn't see. And I wrote an email to EA saying that idea you wrote. It would get rid of sesert.

      I'm chatting in there right now and there is nothing going on that would be offensive to anyone. Just a bunch of sim lovers chatting like they would here if they had a chance.

      It might be prudent, however, to allow people to see who has joined. I know there are some simmers like me who are avoiding certain other simmers and would rather not cross paths if avoidable.
