Simpoints not awarded to account

Bought 1000 simpoints from the origin store, never had a problem buying them through this means before, now it has billed my credit card for the $10.00 but not credited my sims account with the points. Also the order will not say that it is completed in my origin history, although my credit card company says origin is happily paid in full.
