Super Patchers are abnormally small

Normally, I use the incremental patches to patch my game. However since there was an enormous jump from 1.19 to 1.22, everyone was forced to use the super patcher to patch the game. After downloading the required super patchers, I have noticed something strange about the super patches this time around because as the subject title says, it's abnormally small.
World Adventures Super Patch: 4.889 MB
High-End Loft Stuff: 7.856 MB
Ambitions: 7.081 MB
Late Night: 6.452 MB
Outdoor Living Stuff: 6.18 MB
I find this strange because World Adventures' patch version is 2.17, which means there should be more things to fix than the Outdoor Living stuff patch. I think this is where some of our bugs are coming from because the patch files are not patching properly.
Only the base game patch makes sense (1.22): 644 MB
