I would like to see relationship options like choosing 1 to 10 sims that my sim will flirt and form relationships with. What they do if they find a spouce chating like scold spouce scold the other person or even be ok with it (open relationship). This would make it better when making a naborhood you want. Example I was thinking of making smallville. I could have clark like both Lana and Lois, Clo Like Clark and so forth around town than sit back and see what happens. Without the options at creation Lois is just as likely to marry Lex as Clark.
