"Update of The Sims 3 failed, Setup is unable to continue"

I manually uninstalled all of my games to re-install (I was having problems).
All previous six games installed properly, but Outdoor Living Stuff won't install.
It keeps giving me that error message. :evil:

Fastlane Stuff Pack updated (it says so in the launcher), so what is the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to eventually install Generations and play the game.
