Why am I suddenly getting kicked off of Create-A-Sim?

This has never happened before tonight. During gameplay, I would like to change the hair style of my sim. But, it sends me back to the desktop.

How can I solve this problem? Any help would be great.

I might've had this same problem, I would always try to use this one piece of cc,and whenever I clicked on it, the game would crash/not respond :x

If you try another hair, and it doesn't crash,then it's just that hair style. So if thats the case, dont use that hair!
