Under my Graphics options, my High Detail Lots setting maxes out at 4. I'm pretty sure it used to max out at 12 or some high number like that. I'm curious why this is and if it has something to do with my specs? I believe it started happening either when I installed Late Night or a recent patch. I'll post my DxDiag in a response.

This is not a glitch and is working as intended. For stability reasons the maximum setting for High Detailed Lots was reduced in the latest game update to the value of 4.
