Sims 2 Question

Just reinstalled Sims 2 on my pc and was wondering if there is anyway to play in windowed mode? I can't find anything under the settings but I'm hoping I am missing something. I have 2 monitors and I would love to be able to use my other one without it minimizing the game. Thanks!

Dont exactly know if this works as i have never tried it but i just googled it and it came up with

"The Sims 2" and expansion packs can be played in a window instead of full screen. To play in windowed mode, right click on the shortcut on your desktop, choose properties, and add -w to the shortcut.
