Still no problems here and I have a robust running hood and it runs perfectly. I'm satisfied it is as perfect as it looks SR. Wonderful, wonderful job....

So does that appear to have been the problem? Hope it is working out for you now, it really is a fun neighborhood to live in! Especially for a family... not like Bridgeport :P
That's for sure!!! A mass difference and a pleasure to play. Bridgeport gets on ones nerves, it's like trying to play a game on a roller coaster, and lord help you if your have more than 3 people in the family. Bridgeport should be marked Adult community only!! and give out hazardous duty hardhats. I hate the bouncing up and down in those penthouses, but do not even notice it in this world. I think the amount of space between the tall buildings helps a lot. I actually though don't use the high rises for my own sims and just leave them open for the EA move ins. hehehe

Hey, Just wanted to mention I like the idea for a jungle city. Sound mysterious and fun. Too bad we don't have swinging ropes and vines though. hehehe Hope there's wild animals in the fall ep as that would look epic in the jungles outside the city part of the world. Of course our sims will just want to befriend them like they did the wolves in Sims 2 - silly sims. hehehe

I just wanted to tell you that I love this world. I love the clubs you made. But most of all I am glad that this world isn't tagged as a city, because that makes my game lag terribly.
You don't understand how thankful I am to be able to play this world. I just downloaded it and looked around...I have no idea why I didn't download sooner. It looks lovely, clean, and there is a certain style to it. I absolutely love it, and know that I will spend countless hours playing my sims and watching them grow up in your lovely city. Thanks so much for this!
Just thought i'd share my views on Brooklyn Heights..... I LOVE IT. Im utterly confused why i havn't downloaded it sooner. I love the feel of the city, i love the hotels and clubs (They are awesome), the multiple parks, the apartments, the apartments that are on split levels and have a grill area, the bridge, the waterfall. Basically EVERYTHING. I really hope more get to see this thread and that they download it
Well I certainly appreciate the praise and the compliments on this world - I am quite fond of Brooklyn Heights and I of course appreciate you spreading the word about this world so others can enjoy it too!
Just to let you know the world with the save game has a issue where you can't place any lots on the road that is added on to the world and there is blue spaces where the lots should be.
Thank you for a wonderful world, Brooklyn Heights really looks great. It's sunny and has room for customization. I am planning to start a game in Brooklyn Heights but first I'm customizing it.
I started a thread in the Creative Corner forum with my Brooklyn Heights lots here .
The first lot I've posted is Quoin Manor built on the converted 50X50 community lot down town:
Beautifull world you have created, I'm very impressed and my very critical eyes haven't yet found an annoying spot (Poorly placed distances, lots that are not fitted to the road/surrondings, bumpy roads etc) - something that you, one woman(?), have accompliced, when the proffessional EA-team did not even come close in their new world. WAUW!
Can I ask you questions on how you did it? I'm dabbeling with my own, but I have extreme problems with my dimensions..
How did you make sure the city did not become too big?
At the very startup, how do you make sure that it will fit everything in it?
Thanks for creating this world. I enjoyed playing on it very much.
Three of my Sims became Hollywood directors so put two family's worth of my own five-star NPC Sims as co-workers. However, this caused a Sim "traffic jam" of too many Sims stuck in one place when leaving work. You might want to remove the fence between the Hollywood lot and the traffic ramp.
Wow I am little behind on responses! As for running without WA, the biggest aspect of the world that uses it is the running water above the waterfall. If you can live without that, it should run.
The world does require EPs, they are listed on the first post and on the world's description on My Sim Realty. I would recommend my newest world, Storybrook - I think it is fantastic.
As for how I did it, would you believe me if I told you I just wing it? I don't actually have a lot of planning in my worlds and some of people's favorites like Winchester Farming Community were accidents. So... I don't really have any strategic advice because its all based on what I think and see and I just go with it.
