The pirate swimwear and boots
The other pirate swimwear and flippers (Edit: technically this was his sportswear but it's the same as under swimwear). Flippers appear in both male and female in all categories except sleepwear and possibly formal. It's probably meant to be that way but at least 10% of my sims have flippers for everyday without insane or inappropriate traits. That's not proportional to the number of shoe types ... and definitely higher than the average in RL!
@Lynds356: I've added the pirate outfits and boots to the Barnacle Bay issues. Not sure what to do about the shoes. I don't have FL, so I can't see how they look in my game. I do think they look kind of girly but that maybe really just a matter of perspective (there are quite a few men hair, especially cc, that I find very girly but others like them).
Are they only categorized for male or for female as well ?

1. There are no flying birds in Barnacle Bay. You can hear them twittering and chirping, but none are flying in the sky---ever.
2. Two fountains are missing water animations. The one on the left is the "Moroccan Oasis" (part of the Morocco Mystique Set) and the one on the right is the "Spring of Youth" fountain.
The fountains have water in their basins and the water is buoyant, but there are no trickling sounds or animations from the upper spouts or water exit holes. Really boring fountains if you ask me.
Also, the "Spring of Youth" fountain (on the right) was part of the "Hacienda Luxury" set, but is no longer found in the store. I don't know why (other than it doesn't work as a fountain).

@Kikiii101: It means that the Sims are just waving their arms/stomping their feet but can't access said tile or in case of the T-Mobile item/TV can't repair or upgrade the item.

Sorry for disappearing, The items were actually from barnacle bay not the set. Its the outfits the poster below you showed and the boots that come with barnacle bay as well.
Also the other day I noticed that a ceiling fan from awhile back is routed(correct term?) to the floor instead of the ceiling, you sim cant walk under it and you cant place an object under it, this issue was never fixed but it looks like the item was removed from the store because I had to look in my purchase history to find it. it was called the Banquett Fan, it shows as a free item i got on 01-17-10 but I cant remember what it was for.

If you look at the Beach Party Barstool in this set, It has a pattern with mini palm trees and coconuts that is suppose to come with the set, but it doesnt load into the game, after installing the set, you go into installed content in your launcher and under the patterns tab, you will see the pattern with a box picture, while the others show up. The pattern isnt in game, and I think this is why I have a empty spot in the middle of my pattens list in CAS because this one is suppose to be there.
The new Banacle Bay mailbox needs to be made available as a build item or as a recolour option for the existing mailbox so it can be used both on new lots and as a replacement on existing lots.
theres a pirate outfit that shows up in swimwear, I think it came with the set not the world. buts its rather annoying that half the people swim with boots on now.
LOL, I don't have the set only Barnacle Bay and I have this problem. It is annoying, but funny at the same time.
I don't know if this belongs here, but this item I bought is like a green plant that flowers some times. It is in the decor section on the sims 3 and you can only put it on walls, its sort of like an ivy plant growing up the wall.
But when I place it in my game I only get a small black ball. Not the plant.
I just looked for the plant in purchase history and its not there I'm looking through the decor section of the sims 3 store now and can't find it I will post a picture from my game in a few mins.

No, they're just male. When I first saw them I figured they were slippers to go with the cravat and smoking jacket ensembles (but I use the loafers for that as they look better). Maybe they are just awful. No accounting for taste, I guess!
Something that occurred to me... can you just delete the things you don't like from CAS if they are part of a set? Or do they just reset from cache if they're installed? Not the wrong pirate outfits as this would probably delete from all categories, but things like the flippers that I don't want anywhere. I'm not sure how the categories work. Do I just give it a go?
Also, I've had problems with recolouring the Cloud 9 counters. When I used them they kept freezing so they couldn't be edited at all or they just reverted to the original colour. Haven't used them in a while so this oculd be fixed and they just need downloading again.

That seems frustrating. I haven't had a chance to recolor this pattern yet, I'll definitely test it tomorrow, it's a nice pattern and it would be a shame if it really doesn't work.

@Lynds356: You can uninstall the flippers separately (I sure did). Not sure about the pirate outfits cause they came with a world. The FL shoes you can't (unfortunately without uninstalling FL).
The shoes could actually be wrong categorized sleepwear shoes (like the bunny ones). It's really hard to tell without having them myself. I'll put a link to your pic on the first page and see what others have to say about it.
Has anyone tried using the Flute Forward dress lately. I had the issue with the missing leg when people first started reporting it, so I stopped using it. Today, however, I was testing a house I'm working on, and in making sure sims can get to the dresser, I noticed my test sim had the Flute Forward dress as her formal wear, so I decided just to look at it. She put it on, and she's not missing any part of her leg.
Categorization is a problem and I think since we're paying for these, they should be categorized the way we want them. I loaded up my Riverview and there was the new paparazzi there in a WEDDING GOWN! I know we have the stylist to correct these issues, but why can't formals FOR a wedding be attached to an arch and worn only then or in an option for JUST formals.
Also
Formidable Suit for boys is just in everyday outfits...normally they're in both formals and everyday, this one isn't where we'd expect it and where it's needed, in formals.
2 decor items from the Island Villa set are decor items with no environment score. They take up space, we pay for them, the sims pay for them, they are decorative, they should have some Environment score.
The Barnacle Bay issues are so sloppy, and they charge alot for that!
