Being a bartender on Sims: Late Night

I know you can become a really good bartender by practicing moonlight at bars and stuff like that, but what happens when you get to level 10? I mean Im sure you can moonlight at really fancy clubs/bars, but that's not a real job. It's just kind of a way to make extra money here and there. It's not a career. So my question is, Is there any way that can make an actual career out of being a bartender?

There's no option for it so no you can only moonlight. Maybe the actual job will be added as an option later who knows.
