Video glitches do to items you download from exchange?

Hello - things like the following are showing up in my game - downloading from the exchange can cause this?!

Looks like the T1000 after it got hit by Ahhnold right before it fell into the melted steel.

This happen to anyone else?
How can I possibly find out which item is specifically causing it?

If you resize it in photobucket to the 650x4?? well I cant rememeber the exact 2nd number but its the large resize. It wont break the thread.
