Bug: 1 of the Twin Babies won't age

I've never had problems w/ Latr Night since I've been playing but this is the 1st time I've had my Sims have kids normally. She gave birth to 2 twins a girl & boy. But everytime I try to age them up 1 will age normally, but the other will take forever to age up then stop. I've used Master Controller to bring the baby into CAS where it shows she's a toddler but then it crashes. Is this a bug or is there a conflicting mod that does this?

If it ages you then have the problem of finding out which mod breaks it
