    Yes, so in my Sunset Valley, there is absolutely no one living in the Goth Manor??

      How many Sim days have you been playing Sunset valley? Maybe they already died.

      I have a game save with Bella and Mortimer and they got a notification that Mortimer's mother passed away...it really didnt feel like I was playing that long before it happened.

      Story progression probably moved them out.

      Same here. Mortimer moved in with the Bunch family.
