weird toddler-child glitch..

Usually when your sims grows into a toddler they are wearing one of the CAS outfits for toddlers. Well i have this glitch that is putting my sims and toddlers into adult clothing and some of them are even naked. but have adult bodies which distorts them and stretches them out. i have no idea how to fix it besides tracking it down but that would take days... any suggestions?
