Please HELP! (Game says it hasn't been updated BUT it has!)

Hello!
I haven't played Sims 3 for a while now and decided to play it the other day. I also have the expansion pack Sims 3 Ambitions.
When I went to play the game this message came up: http://bit.ly/fKE0Bo
I am confused because it says that I need to update my game, but then also at the top of the screen it says "Your game is up to date"
Please help, thank you :!:
