    Tattoo Help

    So, I downloaded some tattoos from the Exchange like 8mins ago. But, only two are showing up.
    I was wondering if someone could help me figure it out.

      the other day i downloaded about 15 tattoos and in game i found about 8 so im not sure.

      you got lucky to get any, the exchange dates are frozen on 12-20-10
