Can't upload SIMS Pic

Ok, so I followed the instructions for uploading my SIM from TS3 to SIMS3 website and my sim pic isn't showing up in my upload section. Should I keep trying or is it a glitch with Ambitions?

I don't know this glitch. Maybe you made a mistake. How did you upload the sim?

I went in game and changed appearance, saved sim to file, like the instructions told me, then went to the launcher and uploads, but its not there. Is there a step I am missing?

Saving to file is not uploading. There is another little sign at the same place:

Hey I just had to creep in :shock: I love your siggy! My background on my prof page is of Belle, she is my favorite! I'll stop creeping now. :-o
