Can't use previous saved games

Please, I need help.
Ok, this is awkward. Every time I download stuff from The Store I cannot load previous saved games because I a get a message: "the application could not load, please restart the application" or something similar. In order to play the game I have to:
1) Move the folder "Saves" (which contains my previous saved game) to another place.
2) Delete "The Sims" folder under "Electronics Art"
3) Start the launcher.
4) Install all objects again from The Store.
5) Start the game and save a new one.
6) Quit the game.
7) Replace the new "Saves" folder for the one in step 1)
I have to do this everytime I install a new object, both from The Store or something that I exported previously in a sims3pack file.
Are you having this kind of problem?
PD: Of course I've tried to delete cache files. I do not use any kind of CC from other sites or mods.
