Pregnant Sim leaves building to vomit

My pregnant sims seem to find the toilets in the highrise buildings unsuitable for vomiting. No, they have to spend 20 minutes taking the elevator to leave the building, vomit at the front door, then re-enter when there is a perfectly good toilet in their apartment.
