    my own little town in the works (finally lol)

    So after making tons of worlds for family and friends i'm finally getting to a town for myself <3 XD I don't have a name yet... But i been working my *bleep* of all day today And so far i'm really happy with the result :mrgreen:
    so figured i'd toss the pics down here maybe if enough people like the result that i'll end up uploading it (unless alot of people go like ieeeuw gross stuff!! ) anyway pics !!

    Also the only building you can see atm on the grey spots is my home made Fangtasia bar ;) (every city needs a fun vampire bar that's nice and dark to hang out in )

      Quite nice! Getting the bridges to line up can be difficult. You've got that mastered! Nice mountains too.

      It's so pretty! I love the little lake at the end. Can't wait to see more pictures. :)

      Very nice so far Ivinora. I like the foliage around the rock in pic 2 (very relaxed and natural looking)and I really like your vampire bar (even though I don`t play vampires).

      Thank you Johnny :D ,i'm still not done in a long shot with all the foliage X.x; but i'll make sure to try and keep it up like in the picture o/

      and thank you all for being nice lol >.<; i kinda liked it myself but well you never know people butcher it in the end cause they don't like it XD while now i feel like i'm on a good road,

      Wow, the hills look so nice and the vampire bar is awesome. Good luck with this world, it's sure going to be awesome when it is complete.

      Anyway small update mainly lots haven't taken my time yet to decorate further in CAW itself cause it seems to be crashing every 5 seconds XD and i'm not that cool to re-open my town every min XD (i can be sometimes but not today >.<; )
      Anyway

      My merlotte's bar (made it awile ago but put it down in the middle of nowhere just for funs )

      :P and that's prob the last True blood related thing (well except for the Fellowship church wish i kinda wonna make cause i love the building itself XD )

      Anyway my stadium (not really finished the small garden thing infront of it yet)

      BTW that's the dr. pepper stadium incase somebody doesn't know i love that building

      Ok that's all for now ^^; i'm gonna crack myself a bottle of "nectar" and work on my next lot ;) it's gonna be a Indoor Playground for the kids and i think i'm going to base it around a amusement park wich is dutch and maybe german people know about it... It's called the/de Efteling ^^ it's based in the netherlands and has a fairytail theme around it so i'm thinking of going into that direction for it for those who don't know it ...

      If people dont have the DP stadium, Do you think we'd still be able to download the world? Your lots are really nice. Im interested to see how the downtown area turns out and how it all will come together. Perhaps you should build a regular stadium and offer the DP one as an extra download to replace the original. But either way, Id say good job so far!

      I think it might be like when people use store items others don't have in a world/lot they end up being replaced with some normall stuff you have (like the standard stadium)... Other then that i do have some CC in merlotte's and Fangtasia used (the True blood bottles made by jan and the barseats from MTS) but i am planning on replacing the seats with the barseats from LN and leaving the bottles out when i put it up for download so i wouldn't worry about it too mutch ^.^

      Anyway i'm about 30% done with the indoor playground, it's more work then i thought XD but as soon as i get it done i'll update new pics ^^

      ivnora would you mind postiong a picture of what you said here:

      I have used the distant terrain on several medium worlds. It looks rather perfect, and good enough to mistake it for a regular distant terrain. What I do is to use 2 distant terrain objects at different coordinates, different rotation. I normally place them low, because it's hard to make a smaller map reach all the way up to the edges of the terrain.

      To move or rotate a terrain object in CAW, edit the coordinates, do not try to move it by click and drag. I think there was some coordinates posted in a thread, never tested them but I wouldn't be surprised if there is such info hiding in a thread somewhere

      it will be greatly appreceated, i want to know what it looks like when you do what you stated above
