Looking for Clubs on the Exchange

I haven't seen too many yet, but if you have one to share let me know. The ones that came with LN are huge, which makes them difficult to place in Sunset Valley without tearing down half the town. I did get the dance club placed (where Lone Wolf Manor used to be), but that's it. I'm looking for lots about 30X40 or smaller. I'll recommend!
