Is anyone having custom content difficulties?

all of my custom content does not show up in the game!!! i have tried everything! just happend today... yesturday worked fine!! seems i have noticed today that the custom content folder has a couple of items i did not put there i think it is from the game itself not sure how to word this!!!i am not computer savy but i do try to work out my problems this is my last resort for today!!

Im having major problems too. Nothing will show up. I've uninstalled everything, even the game. I dunno whats wrong with it.

I thought it was just me. It's installing but not working and showing the same face and hair for each person
