Foundation is planted before releasing mouse button.

When drawing out a foundation for a house, the foundation almost always appears layed before I even release the mouse button. It's like it's sensing that I'm going to release the mouse button just because I've made the foundation line up with an existing foundation. Maybe Im not going to do that. Maybe I have changed my mind.
The game should wait until I have released my mouse button before it places the foundation or whatever.
