    Well, after nearly four long months, Via Discovolo, my Italian island, is finally finished! The download below requires Ambitions, but I will be making a WA only version as soon as I can. This will most likely be in a week or so as I am going on a vacation to Michigan. I'm guessing that the world won't work at all without Ambitions, but it is possible the game will just replace the Ambitions items I used, so if someone with only WA wants they can give it a try. HELS is not required, but WA is for both versions. I'll be uploading a save file eventually with a populated version of the town.

    Via Discovolo Version 3 (Final?) Download w/ Ambitions: Mediafire- http://www.mediafire.com/?pcdddm83bddt56o The Exchange- http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=2867192 Tomb should be functional now. Also, a few other minor aesthetic issues were fixed. If no other issues are found, this will be the final version! If one download option doesn't work, give the other a shot. Also, you might have to select the "save file" option in order to get the Exchange download to work. Please comment! :D

    Bugs, issues, glitches, etc.

    I've played in this town a little bit and haven't seen any major glitches, but I'm guessing there are some that you will stumble upon. If you find any glitches or things you'd like changed about the town, just leave me a note and I'll be sure to fix it if possible. In regard to lot tearing on the cliff lots, I'm only going to bother trying to fix it if it either causes routing issues or is incredibly unsightly. Other than that, it's just too much of a hassle trying to solve lot tears.

    Known issues:

    -lot tears on cliff lots
    -windows glare an odd shade of yellow for no apparent reason (anybody know why?)
    -Tenutta Moretti's pool needs finishing
    -Two graves that shouldn't be there are on Tenutta Moretti
    -Chairs are randomly floating on a corner of Tenutta Moretti


    Tombs:

    Somewhere, deep under the bricks and brownstones of Via Discovolo, the long-lost King and Queen have left their treasure! However, they will only give it to someone daring and cunning enough to pass the many tests and challenges they have set in place. Can YOU be that person?

    To discover the secret of their tomb, highlight the below area:

    The tomb is located beneath the tower by Tenuta Moretti, the white mansion on the hill with a long, winding road leading up to it. The switch to uncover the staircase is in the base of the tower. To get the keys to the first locked doors you will come across, go to the King and Queen's gardens, the large formal gardens on top of the hill. Here, you will see pedestals. Place the items the pedestals require on top of them (silver, gold, rubies, and diamonds) and you will be able to access a treasure chest. Inside these are the keys. The rest should be self explanatory.

      Ty, for acknowledging me, it means a lot.

      I took a picture of the falls full view so people could see the beauty of them. And the pictures you took of Via Disclovo are amazing. Great work on the pictures :-)

      And so far, I have played Via Disclovo and its great. Nice job :thumbup:

      Edit: Also, I noticed a gold shine on the windows downtown. There was nothing gold, and the sun was'nt shining on the windows, idk whats causing this.

      Thanks, MATZ and Couriervaughan! I'll be sure to add a name to the gym. In regard to the oddly-shining windows, I have no idea what's causing this, so unless someone knows a fix I'll leave it alone.

      Also, I just realized I forgot to make the garden house and tower by Tenuta Moretti, the white mansion in the hills, hidden tombs so that they wouldn't show bubbles on the map. :oops: Oh well, not a big deal, I guess. I'll change it for the release version.

      I am thoroughly embarassed! I just realized as I was putting Via Discovolo into my own game that I uploaded the wrong version! I'll change the link as soon as it uploads. Sorry! :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

      Where's the download? And my serie will be perfect with this world! I really thank you. I would give you some store stuff, or simpoints for it! very nice work!

      Thanks! Like I said, I had uploaded the wrong version, so I had to switch. I don't think there are any major differences. If you downloaded the world yesterday, you may want to download it again. The only differences are minor, like I think the wrong version might not have a cover picture. I believe it is the right version now, though.

      Yay! I finished removing and replacing Ambitions items and just uploaded the non-Ambitions version for all you WA only players.

      Thanks, Ricmickinney.

      Kaile: To install worlds, first click on the download file, and, from Mediafire, press "start download" or something like it. Then, save it to somewhere you'll remember, like your desktop. Once it saves, double click on the new file and it should install automatically. Otherwise, put it in the downloads file in The Sims 3 file under Electronic Arts and try finding the world in your launcher. Tell me if you have any issues. Good luck! :D

      the ambitions version download is faulty, when you click download it opens up a blank tab :/

      Uh oh, this isn't good. Does the blank tab say "http://search.dailygamingupdates.com/ioq1wEIC6YxRSnWiIC9BHpdX0b1i.html&quot; as the site address? It worked for me when I was on my home computer, but now that I'm trying from my Grandma's (whose house I'm at) it isn't working. I'll try to fix it, and upload it a second time if I have to.

      Just wondering, are other people having issues? Also, mariomaniac86, are you by any chance using windows XP, as that is what my grandma's computer has but not my home one? I tried re-uploading it, but it wouldn't go for one reason or another.

      Try the download again now. It worked for me when I tried it a minute ago. It was probably something wrong with Mediafire that day.

      Hello --

      I found your world this morning and played for while before going to work and I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!! I have been searching for months now trying to find my "perfect world" and after a million downloads of a million different worlds I have finally found it!!! You have done an amazing job and I truly appreciate all the time you spent creating this and for sharing it! I will keep you updated on how the world is going for me. =)

      Thank you so much, alauriarojas. Those were some very nice words. I'd love to hear how Via Discovolo progresses for you!

      Babygirl: I'm hoping this isn't something wrong with Via Discovolo itself. Did you get it working? I'm not sure if I can do much to help, but I'll try.

      Also, I should be putting on a version of the Ambitions version with a few errors fixed later today.

      While playing in the town, I noticed that the tomb has a lot of glitches, so ba aware that they are they if you discover the tomb. They will be gone in the next version. Also, can I get some more people telling me when they find glitches? I'm just assuming there are more than have been discovered or reported yet.

      Hi MSSF --

      I've been playing your beautiful world over the weekend and I haven't noticed any problems or glitches and I am playing the original Ambitions file. I haven't been in the tomb yet but will try it later. I am downloading your new version of Ambitions as I type. =)

      I'm am so loving this amazing world that you created and still haven't seen it all yet! Not only does it have beautiful scenery and lots, it's just the perfect size and there is also so much to see and do.

      Thanks so much again! I will be sending you some of the items on your wishlist to show my appreciation. I can only imagine all the time and energy that you put into creating this magnificent world!
