    Introducing...Spicer Modern Apartments!

    Thought I would take a break from my usual style of designing builds and try something more modern and generally more challenging.

    Spicer Modern Apartments are built in a town house style. Each of the four suites is three stories high and have a bonus roof top terrace to enjoy the sunshine or have a delicious BBQ outdoors.

    The ground level is the parking garage but also great for storage, exercise equiptment, or whatever you can think of.

    The first floor is an open concept living area. With a spacious living room, dining and kitchen area it's perfect for any Sim. There is a half bath and a private laundry area; a back door opens up onto a private balcony.

    The second floor has a huge bathroom, large master bedrooms, and a spacious second bedroom.

    Only on of the apartments is fully furnished, so three shells are waiting for inspiration and creativity from you!

      I love the build and I love the concept. You've done a beautiful job on all the rooms. The only thing that bothers me is having grass in front of parking garages. Seems it would get worn away from cars. I know in game the cars never cross, but still, I digress. :) You've done a fabulous job. I'd rec, but no link.

      And thanks for the comment. I didn't add the grass as my lot was placed weirdly far back from the road and it looked odd once done. And then, when I meant to go and add some stone to the drive...well, I forgot. I'm honest, atleast, right?

      Hi Misscbong,

      I like your apartment block very much! Nice clean architecture! Inside, I like the living room, the laundry room and the double bedroom very much! Good job! Recommended! :thumbup:

      Love the concept and they look great! REALLY nicely done! I agree I would have put down some paving on the garages and made the front path join the road, but that's minor.

      Really cool! Makes me miss apartments even more... Love the rooftop terraces, the bedroom looks great! Left you a rec! :)

      yanti68 - Thanks so much! I prefer the living room to everything else I did, haha. I just love the recent furniture from Ambitions...wish my living room was so nice!

      Allium - When someone downloads, the walkway will reach the front sidewalk...I just badly placed the lot. But thank you so much.

      This is cool. I really like the different textures and colors you used for the exteriors. I adore the little roof top areas. Since you asked for critique I would agree about the paving for the driveways and the outdoor lighting is very traditional imo. But great job overall! Reced.

      SimEve - Crits are always welcome, and thank you for your comments. It seems my accidental neglect of the those silly driveways are coming back to bite me in the...well, in the end! :) And I'll consider the outdoor lighting more on my next project, thanks for that!
