Twilight Junkyard
This was my type of lot to build, spawners, animated waterfalls, scary green mist, lots of messing with getting the objects to work.

You can do other things than looking for junk, fishing and looking for rocks around the junkyard
A eco friendly sim might even try and clean up the park and get rid of the green slime and restore the junkyard to when it was just a simple park
A overview of the junkyard, you can probable see that the lot is not that big, so it should not take up much room, plus it's custom content free.
