    Sims in different colors

    I was thinking last night and wondered why arent there moving any colored sims in to my neighborhood.
    I have a blue, red, green sims colored neighbour hood but everytime someone moves in to this neighbour hood they are having standart colors.
    Is there a way to make the storyprogression move in red, green, blue sims?

      Story progression doesn't move sims from the bin.

      The reason being is to keep the town looking realisitc and no doubt would anger a few fans if there was blue/purple/green sims etc wondering around. Personally i wouldn't mind if there was an option to enable all skins colours. :)
