Would anybody be interested in this World template? There are only road and a few trees and the mountains are only partially painted. There are no lots or decorations. The only thing I added was distant terrain.
It's set on a medium map.
The roads don't follow the grid and that was done purposely, but you can edit the layout any way you want. There are also no camera or Sim restrictions so you can choose that for yourself too.
NOTE: This is by no means a request. I simply abandoned yet another world so I decided to share what I had done instead. I may continue with this later but in the mean time I think it would get better use in the hands of people who know what they're doing. You can upload your finished world if you want, I'm giving this away completely. You can keep me posted if you like, to show what you've done with it but you don't have to upload it.

so say the name was water_cat city (
water_cat city.world
water_cat city.settings
water_cat city (folder)
